"We", "us" or "our" means Pet Madness Inc., a Nevada corporation, with its principal place of business located at 5940 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89118-2540, United States.
Your privacy is important to us, so we've developed this Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. We collect personal information when you use our website(s), mobile apps, connected devices, and other online and offline products, services and experiences (collectively, the "Services"). Please take a moment to read through this Policy in its entirety.
If you have any questions, concerns or complaints regarding this Privacy Policy or how we use your personal information please contact us via e-mail at support@petmadness.com.
We collect personal information that you provide directly to us:
Contact information. If you sign up to receive our newsletter, emails, or text messages from us, we will collect your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and any other information needed to contact you about the Services.
Payment information. To order products or services through the Services, you will need to provide us with payment information (like your bank account or credit card information). Please note that your financial information is collected and stored by a third party payment processing company. Use and storage of that information is governed by the third party payment processor's applicable privacy policy.
Survey information. You may provide us with other personal information when you fill in a form, respond to our surveys or questionnaires, provide us with feedback, participate in promotions, or use other features of the Services.
Communications information. We may also collect other information during our communications with you, including information that you send to us when interacting with our customer service agents, or when you call us or send emails or text messages. This may include information about how you contacted us, your marketing preferences, and other information that you choose to share.
Mobile opt-in and consent records. If you enroll in our SMS program, we collect your mobile phone number together with a record of your consent — including the date, time, method and, where available, the IP address of your opt-in, and the exact disclosure language you agreed to. We also record any opt-out request and the date it was honored.
Pet profile information. Your pet's name, species, breed, age, sex, weight, and any health or care details you choose to provide.
Device and sensor information. If you use a Pet Madness connected product (such as our smart collar or charging smart leash), we collect data the device generates — including activity and movement data, battery and connectivity status, device identifiers, and, if you enable location features, precise geolocation of the device.
Automatically collected information. IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and interaction data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We use the personal information we collect for the following reasons:
We may also use your personal information to fulfill our obligations as set out by the applicable law, or to carry out any other purpose as described to you at the time your personal information was collected. We will not use your personal information for a materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purpose without notifying you.
In certain countries we are required to have a legal basis for collecting and using your personal information. Our legal basis will depend on the personal information concerned and the specific context in which we collect it. We will normally collect personal information from you only where we have your consent to do so, where we need your information to perform a contract with you, or where the processing is in our legitimate interests and not overridden by your fundamental rights. In some cases, we may also have a legal obligation to collect personal information from you or may otherwise need the personal information to protect your vital interests or those of another person.
If you have questions about or need further information concerning the legal basis on which we collect and use your personal information, please contact us using the details provided in the "Contact Us" section below.
We may share your personal information in the following ways:
We may be legally required to disclose or share your personal information without your consent in some circumstances, for example to comply with a court order or law enforcement. In such circumstances, we will only disclose your personal information if we have a good-faith belief that such sharing is required under applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act and comparable state laws. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve (12) months. We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We also do not rent it.
All categories of mobile opt-in data and consent — including your phone number and the fact that you consented to receive messages — are excluded from any data sharing, sale, or disclosure to third parties for their own marketing use. The only exceptions are the message-delivery providers named below, a disclosure you specifically direct, and a transfer required by law or arising from a merger or sale of our business, in which case the acquiring entity remains bound by this policy.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as strictly required for us to deliver the messages you requested — specifically, our SMS platform provider (Intuit Mailchimp) and the wireless carriers that transmit the message to your handset. These providers act as processors on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to Pet Madness Inc.
We do not use lead-generation partners, comparison-shopping sites, or purchased lists to obtain SMS consent. Consent is collected by Pet Madness Inc. directly and is never transferred to another brand.
These practices are also described in our SMS Terms & Conditions, which govern participation in the messaging program.
If you opt in, you may receive messages such as promotional offers and discounts, new product announcements, cart reminders, order confirmations and shipping updates, account and subscription notices, device and service alerts, appointment reminders, and customer support replies.
You will only receive text messages from Pet Madness Inc. if you have expressly opted in through one of the following methods:
The consent disclosure presented at sign-up identifies Pet Madness Inc. as the sender, describes the message program, and states message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, and how to opt out and get help. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies; marketing programs typically send up to 10 messages per month, and transactional messages are sent as needed. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving messages: Reply STOP to any message from us. We also honor QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, REVOKE, and OPT OUT.
Consistent with the FCC's consent revocation rules, you may revoke consent by any reasonable means that clearly expresses your intent — including replying with plain language such as "please stop texting me," emailing us, telling a customer service representative, or writing to us. We will honor your request within ten (10) business days, and in practice we process opt-outs promptly, typically within minutes.
After you opt out, we will send at most one confirmation message, typically within five minutes, containing no promotional content.
As of April 11, 2026, revoking consent for one category of message from Pet Madness Inc. is treated as revoking consent for all automated calls and texts from us, unless you tell us otherwise in response to a clarification message.
To get help: Reply HELP to any message, or email support@petmadness.com.
If you opt out, we retain your number on an internal suppression list solely to ensure we do not message you again. Opting out of text messages does not by itself unsubscribe you from email or postal mail; those channels are managed separately and each contains its own unsubscribe method.
Our messages are supported by major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Metro by T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, and other participating carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier support may change without notice.
Our SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number you provide and will notify us if that number changes.
If you enable location features on a Pet Madness connected device, we collect precise geolocation data, which is treated as sensitive personal information under California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, Rhode Island, and other state privacy laws, and as special category data in some jurisdictions.
We collect and use precise geolocation only with your consent and only to provide the location, tracking, geofencing, and safety features you have turned on. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and we do not disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising or for any third party's own purposes.
You may withdraw consent and disable location collection at any time in your device or account settings, or by contacting us at support@petmadness.com. You also have the right to limit our use of sensitive personal information.
We use automated systems, including machine learning models, to analyze device sensor data and information you provide in order to generate activity summaries, behavioral insights, wellness observations, and product recommendations.
We use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, measure performance, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Universal opt-out mechanisms. We recognize and honor browser- and device-level opt-out signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information and, where applicable, of targeted advertising. If you visit our site with GPC enabled, we treat that signal as a valid opt-out request for that browser or device. States requiring recognition of universal opt-out signals include California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, and Texas.
When you sign up for a promotion like a sweepstakes, or subscribe to receive our newsletter or marketing/promotional messages, we use your personal information to help us decide which products, services and offers may be of interest to you.
We send marketing messages only to people who have opted in to receive them. Making a purchase alone does not enroll you in marketing text messages — text message marketing requires your separate express written consent. If you opt out of receiving marketing messages, we may still send you non-promotional service messages relating to your account, orders, or safety. We do not share your personal information with any third party for that third party's own direct marketing purposes.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link included in every message, and from text messages by replying STOP or by any other reasonable means. You can also ask us to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by contacting us at support@petmadness.com.
Your personal information will not be kept longer than is necessary for the specific purpose for which it was collected. Category-specific retention periods are set out in Section 4.
When we decide how long we will keep your information we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, why we need it, and any relevant legal requirements (such as legal retention and destruction periods).
Mobile opt-in and opt-out records are retained for a minimum of four (4) years, and in some jurisdictions longer, to satisfy telecommunications recordkeeping and evidentiary requirements.
The foregoing will not prevent us from retaining any personal information if it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, in order to file a legal claim or defend ourselves against a legal claim, or for evidential purposes.
Details of retention periods for different aspects of your personal data are available from us on request by contacting us using the contact details provided under the "Contact Us" heading below.
We are based in the United States and process personal information there. If you are located outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country. We will ensure that any transfer of personal information to or from countries outside of the United States takes place pursuant to appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, where applicable.
Depending on the circumstances and where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. To exercise any of them, contact us using the details in the "Contact Us" section below.
We respond to all verifiable requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws, generally within 45 days, with an extension where permitted. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
You may also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority about our collection and use of your personal data. For more information, please contact your local supervisory authority.
California. In addition to the rights above, California residents may request the specific pieces of personal information we have collected. We do not sell or share personal information and have not done so in the preceding 12 months. The CCPA regulations effective January 1, 2026 governing risk assessments, cybersecurity audits, and automated decision-making technology are addressed in Sections 11 and 19.
Nevada. Nevada residents have the right to direct us not to sell certain covered information. We do not sell covered information as defined by NRS Chapter 603A. Submit requests to support@petmadness.com.
Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia. Residents of these states have the rights described in Section 16, including the right to appeal a denied request. Comprehensive privacy laws in Indiana, Kentucky, and Rhode Island took effect on January 1, 2026, and amendments to the Connecticut Data Privacy Act took effect July 1, 2026; this policy reflects those requirements.
Washington and Nevada consumer health data. We do not knowingly collect consumer health data about people as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act or Nevada SB 370. Information about your pet's health is not human consumer health data, but we protect it with the same safeguards described in Section 19.
Texas. Pet Madness Inc. may sell or share personal data as defined by the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act only if separately disclosed; we currently do not. Texas residents may exercise their rights at support@petmadness.com.
Our Services and our SMS program are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, and we do not knowingly process the personal data of a minor under 18 for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling without the consent required by applicable state law, including the Nebraska Age-Appropriate Design Code Act effective January 1, 2026. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Contact support@petmadness.com with any concerns.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include encryption of data in transit and at rest, role-based access controls limiting internal access to authorized personnel, multi-factor authentication for administrative systems, logging and monitoring, vendor security review, and periodic risk assessments consistent with applicable state requirements. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you and applicable regulators as required by law.
From time to time, we have the right to modify this Privacy Policy. We're likely to update this Privacy Policy in the future, and when we make changes we will take appropriate measures to inform you, consistent with the significance of the changes we make. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Please come back and check this page from time to time for the latest information on our privacy practices.
