Pet Madness Inc. Mobile Terms of Service

These Mobile Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pet Madness Inc.'s mobile applications, SMS notifications, and any related mobile services (collectively referred to as the "Mobile Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using our Mobile Services, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and general Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our Mobile Services.
1. Use of Mobile Services
1.1 Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Mobile Services.
- Your use of the Mobile Services must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
1.2 Registration and Account
- Certain features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
2. Mobile Notifications and Messaging
2.1 SMS and Push Notifications
- By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS notifications related to your orders, promotions, or account updates.
- You may also enable push notifications via the app to receive alerts on special offers, new products, and other updates.
2.2 Opt-Out
- To opt-out of SMS notifications, reply "STOP" to any message. Standard message and data rates may apply.

- You are responsible for providing accurate contact information. Pet Madness Inc. is not liable for missed notifications or charges due to incorrect information.
3. Purchases and Subscriptions
3.1 Mobile Transactions
- You may purchase products or subscribe to services via the Mobile Services. All purchases are governed by our general Terms of Service.
- Ensure your payment information is accurate and updated to avoid service interruptions.
3.2 Auto-Renewal for Subscriptions
- Subscriptions made through the Mobile Services will automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing period.
4. Data Usage and Connectivity
- Your carrier’s data rates and fees apply when using Mobile Services. Pet Madness Inc. is not responsible for any charges incurred due to your data usage.
- Access to the Mobile Services requires an internet or mobile data connection. Pet Madness Inc. is not liable for service interruptions due to connectivity issues.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Mobile Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
- Transmit malicious software, spam, or unsolicited communications through the Mobile Services.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, logos, and designs provided through the Mobile Services are owned by Pet Madness Inc. or its licensors.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Mobile Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Termination
- Pet Madness Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Mobile Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
- You may stop using the Mobile Services at any time by uninstalling the app or discontinuing use.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Pet Madness Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Mobile Services.
- The Mobile Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, except as required by law.
9. Changes to Terms
- Pet Madness Inc. may update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect when posted to the Mobile Services or otherwise communicated to you. Continued use of the Mobile Services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
